Paul Erunse is the Vice President of Global HR Transformation and HR Operations & Delivery at MetLife. He is currently leading MetLife’s multi-year program to revolutionize and “future-fit” the HR function to lead the workforce of the future. He also focuses on the operations, service delivery architecture, technology and user experience for the MetLife workforce. Paul has held several leadership roles at MetLife since joining in 2011.
Prior to joining MetLife, Paul served in leadership roles in both Human Capital and Information Technology and line of businesses. He has spent time in a global talent management center of expertise focusing on building out key talent and diversity initiatives. Paul has also worked in IT and has served as a leader in global human capital, finance technology, and sell-side research deployments at AllianceBernstein and OppenheimerFunds.
Paul received his undergraduate degree from Ambassador University.
