HR Program Management, Process and Data & Anayltics
Rachel has been with Macy’s, Inc. for 18 years and is currently the Senior Director of Macy’s HR Data and Analytics, Continuous Improvement, and Program Management. Her teams are responsible for supporting the HR Organization through program management by implementing continuous improvement in order to simplify HR processes which, in turn maximize effectiveness and efficiency. The team’s reliance on data and analytics helps drive decisions, align with the business objectives, and provide insight into the workforce. Prior to her current roll Rachel has held many positions including leading HR Shared Services Operations and helping to lead the implementation of Oracle HCM and Salesforce.
